Job Duties: Rademon Estate Distillery are hiring for a part-time Bar Person / Trainee Cocktail Maker.Duties of this role include:Making drinks for guests / customersProviding drink suggestions if asked by customersMaking cocktailsTable serviceKeeping the bar area clean and tidy at all timesEnsuring tables are kept clean and wiped down after useManage bar stockUsing till systemOther bar duties as required
Qualifications / Experience: Previous experience working in a bar / restaurant environment.Cocktail making experience would be preferred, but not essential as training will be provided.Weekend availability (possibility of working some evenings but this can be looked at if not feasible).Excellent customer service skills.Ability to work as part of a team.Good numeracy and literacy skills (educated to GCSE level or equivalent).A valid driving licence is essential.Applicants must be able to demonstrate an empathy and understanding of the needs and requirements of physical and learning disabled adults.We offer relevant training and support to facilitate staff competence.All applicants must demonstrate, through their application form, how they meet the job criteria.
