Job Duties: Duties will include serving beverages to customers, setting up the bar counter, refilling bar stock, calculating bills and other duties related to the post.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential: At least 5 Grade C's or better at GCSE level (or equivalent).Desired: Previous experience in a similar role.Cash handling experience.A knowledge of spirits and cocktails.The ideal candidate will be fully flexible to work, days evenings and weekend shifts.Hotel experience.
