Job Duties: To provide an effective and efficient service to customers in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that the environment is comfortable, clean and tidy in line with the minimum required standards. Trust and integrity are paramount as there is a responsibility for handling cash and stock, good attention to detail and accuracy are vital, particularly ensuring compliance with company policy and balancing payments against the till.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:Demonstrate supervisory experience in a similar environment.Good verbal communication skills in order to be able to liaise with a wide range of customers and colleagues.Attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent customer service skills.Strong Team player.Desirable Criteria:Experience of working in environments involving high levels of customer care.2 years experience as a bar tender.NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in relevant area.Stocktaking / inventory management.
