Job Duties: The post holder will be responsible for developing relationships with businesses in the area of Food and Drink/Beverages and identifying their requirements. Working with academic staff and College partners, he/she will be actively involved in the design, development and delivery of specific interventions within their areas of specialism to meet the outlined requirements. He/she will also be responsible for income generation and ensuring that the College meets targets within budget and on time

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Applicants must, at the closing date for receipt of application forms:Have at least a relevant Level 6 qualificationANDHave at least two years employment experience working in the area of beverages and drinks product development within the food and drink sectorANDHave a current driving licence and access to a carApplicants with a disability who have been prevented from obtaining a driving licence due to their disability (as defined by the DDA 1995) are eligible to applyrelevant defined as Food Technology, Food Science, Culinary Arts or a Beverage/Drinks related discipline. Desirable:Have at least one years employment experience supporting businesses with beverage recipe development or new product development
