Job Duties: Serves bar guests their orders promptly and courteously.Maintains a thorough knowledge of the bar menu, wine and beer list.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential:A minimum of 1 years previous experience in a bar/restaurant environment.Excellent customer careStrong interpersonal communication skills.Experience in operating tills and cash handling.Ability to work as part of a team and independently.Flexible with working hours and available to work unsociable hours including days/evenings & weekends.Desirable:Previous experience in a public facing position preferable food & beverage.Knowledge of wines and spirits.
