Job Duties: The employer is: LOUGHSHORE CO.Taking drinks orders from customers and preparing these correctly using the right glasses and measures etc. Full training will be provided on how to do 'the perfect serve' and knowledge shared on the different drinks and various mixers, garnishes etc.Stocking the bar.Maintaining a hygienic and tidy bar area.Rotating stock.Preparing fresh fruit garnishes for drinks and cocktails.Ensuring there are sufficient levels of glasses, straws, table mats etc. Bringing drinks to customers using trays.Ensuring you perform all duties within the guidelines of being COVID secure, Health and Safety and Food Hygiene. You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: The flexibility to work late evenings and weekends.Full training and an induction will be given.
