Job Duties: The primary responsibility of this role to ensure the provision of sufficient logistics fleet within the Henderson Group, of the required standard of reliability, presentation and condition for the operational requirements of the business as well as to assist with fleet choices and trials plus compliance matters, incorporating such matters as insurance and audits.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:Educated to GCSE standard Grade C or above.Fleet management experience with at least 3 years experience in repair and maintenance.3 years experience managing vehicle warranty and dealing with suppliers and service companies.Good diagnostic skills.Good understanding of commercial aspects of vehicle maintenance activities with the ability to negotiate with service providers over costs and quality along with the ability effectively appraise tenders and make recommendations for replacement vehicle.Ability to effectively manage and control budgets whilst maintaining technical standards.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Good PC skills and be conversant with Microsoft Office packages.
