Job Duties: Lennox Auto Services Ltd carry out servicing and repair to cars and light commercial vehicles and provide a breakdown recovery / roadside assistance and accident management service. We are a subcontractor for the main motoring organisations including AA, RAC, Green Flag, AXA.Understand the instructions relating to the breakdown and respond as appropriate.Provide roadside assistance or load the casualty vehicle onto the recovery truck in a safe and secure manner.Ensure regular updating of PDA when attending jobs and complete the necessary reporting form (damage report) prior to loading.Carry out other duties as may be reasonably associated with their position, are within their capabilities and competence and are normally carried out in the course of the company's business.

Qualifications / Experience: Minimum HGV Class 2 Licence essential.Full clean Driving Licence.Basic mechanical experience essential.Prepared to work on an on call rota shift to cover weekends and nights.Recovery experience beneficial preferable.Experience using diagnostic equipment would be advantageous.Previous Vehicle Recovery Technician experience would be advantageous.
