Job Duties: You will set up, assemble and fit components onto machines in accordance with work instructions.Work on a variety of different machines.Quality check your own work and test machines on completion.Use hand air and electric tools to complete tasks.You will work as part of our self-autonomous teams planning your own daily tasks.Assist in organising & kitting process, working as part of a committed team this important role focus on quality and efficient use of time.Assist production co-ordinator with planning weekly schedule.Follow work instructions and ensure proper operation of machines.Ensure all components are fitted correctly, to right quality components on time.Follow production schedule, ensuring orders are complete, tested, packaged and despatched.Responsible for quality inspection, highlighting any issues, faults and reporting quality issues.Maintain the facilities equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Experience of hand held tools essential.Have 'Can do Ethos' and positive problem solving ability.Experience of working with others to achieve their best and complete weekly target.Ability to compete paper work in precise manner.Knowledge of working with metal products.High level of knowledge of reading and understanding numbers.Organised and precise attitude is required.Depending on skills, but there may be an opportunity to do other operational duties.Good literacy and numeracy skills.Can read and understand instructions.Able to assemble consistently to a high standard.Able to trouble shoot and solve problems.Ability to work in a team.
