Job Duties: Assisting the Head Baker with the production of freshly baked breads, scones, baps, pastries and cakes etc.Decorate hand crafted goods using different icings, toppings, etc, to ensure quality presentation.Opportunity to create and develop new and exciting products.Follow company Health & Safety and Hygiene Practices.Assist with Stock Rotation.
Qualifications / Experience: Whilst experience is desired for this post, full on the job training will be provided by our Head Baker.We are looking someone who has a passion for baking and likes to take pride in their work.Applicants should have the ability to work effectively, both alone and as part of a valued team of Bakers.Have a proactive and flexible working approach and good organisational skills.
