Job Duties: The Employer is: HOME FROM HOME.Making and receiving phone calls.Data entry, filing, typing and general office duties.There may be occasions where you have the opportunity to get involved in other areas, including attending events or other activitiesTo liaise with other departments/volunteers as and when necessary and provide additional administrative support where appropriate.Where applicable assist with the handling of both incoming/outgoing mail.Updating dog vaccines and making sure database is up to date.Contacting Clients over various events.Sorting our expenses and paperwork.Interact with dogs in playgroups using appropriate toys and tools to ensure safe levels of play and minimising stress levels of all dogs in playgroup.Always keeping a watchful eye on the dogs and spread attention and play among all dogs in playgroup.You will be entitled to annual leave during this Job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: No experience needed, but please note you will be on your feet all day, and working with large dogs as well as puppies.
