Job Duties: Daily animal care duties hosing kennels, cleaning runs, cleaning litter trays, washing feed bowls, cleaning puppy pens, feeding & watering, Walking and exercising dogs. Bathing and basic grooming of dogs. Administering routine medicines. Using a computer database to manage online bookings, input customer details, check in animals arriving and print boarding sheets, check out animals and prepare invoices to take card & cash payments. Safe manual lifting of large (15kg) bags of dog food, wood pellets etc. Customer care, for example, responding to customer queries by phone or email or social media to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Qualifications / Experience: Previous experience working professionally with animals. Handling dogs and cats confidently. Computer literate.We need a dog and cat loving person who enjoys practical work outside, whatever the weather, with animals. Also engaging personably with their owners.
