Job Duties: The employer is: NATIONAL TRUST. Do you have an interest in nature, history and looking after special places? We are looking for someone who is creative with a keen eye for detail and storytelling to join our team to learn how to deliver welcoming and inspiring experiences and visitor programmes that help people connect with Rowallane Garden.Support the planning of programmes and experiences.Work alongside staff and volunteers to support delivery of programmes and experiences.Support in answering queries both online and on the phone.Undertake various administrative tasks to support the Experiences team e.g. welcome packs, event maps/guides, signage and way finding.Assist with keeping the programming equipment and materials up to date, in stock and well presented.Keep accurate records in accordance with GDPR.Adherence to National Trust values and behaviours.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: Applicants do not need to have related work experience or qualifications, but should be able to demonstrate that they have:A genuine interest in and enthusiasm for this area of work and the heritage sector.Good interpersonal and communication skills, and are a great team player.A willingness to undertake continuing professional development and personal skills development and have an enthusiasm to learn.
