Job Duties: The employer is: BELFAST CITY COUNCIL.Carrying out a range of duties to ensure the effective operation of all `front of house' activities and providing a high standard customer service. Duties will include:Providing venue information. Conducting tours.Selling goods.Promotion/ marketing of Zoo.Maintaining workplace hygiene standards.Driving visitors or others as required.Maintaining a range of vehicle logs.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Team working.Customer care.Oral & Written communication skills.Numerical skills.Health and safety awareness.Applicants must, as at the closing date for receipt of applications:Possess a full, current driving licence which enables them to drive in Northern Ireland, or, have access to a form of transport which will enable them to meet the requirements of the post in full.Be able to demonstrate on the application form, by providing personal and specific examples, that they have at least 6 months' relevant experience of: Cash handling and dealing with enquiries from customers; and General and specific cleaning duties, for example, of public and staff toilets.
