Job Duties: The Employer is: HOME FROM HOME.Interact with dogs in playgroups using appropriate toys and tools to ensure safe levels of play and minimising stress levels of all dogs in playgroup.Always keeping a watchful eye on the dogs and spread attention and play among all dogs in playgroup.Use proper dog handling techniques as instructed by Home from HomeUse proper dog introduction procedures.Use appropriate praise and dog correction methods.Ensure that all staff that relieve you for break or shift change know all dogs in group, the special needs dog status and any unusual behaviours or concerns you have been managing during your shift.Always keep communication when managing dogs. Request back-up coverage prior to leaving the playgroup floor.Complete dog incident reports timely when required. If you are not sure whether a report is required check with management.You will be entitled to annual leave during this Job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: No experience needed, but you must be capable of being on your feet all day and working with large dogs as well as puppies, being tenacious and always smiling.
