Job Duties: The employer is: ERIC PELE EQUESTRIAN.Work as part of the team in the following areas:Handling young stock - mares, foals and yearlings.Supporting the production of young horses - training and riding.Assisting in stable management - mucking out, feeding, grooming and tack maintenance.Maintaining of show jumping and cross-country facilities - maintenance of arena and tracks, course building and upkeep of jumps.Assisting with farm maintenance - paddock maintenance, fencing and grounds upkeep.Assisting in the organisation of shows and equestrian training days.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Must have experience working with and handling horses and be able to ride a trained horse with confidence.Must have experience in mucking out and working in an agricultural environment.Desirable:Good communication and people skills.Motivated and willing to learn.Willing to contribute and work in a team.Good timekeeping and able to prioritise tasks.
