Job Duties: Processing all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation and verifying criteria required by factory or distributorKeeping abreast of all factory recalls and announcementsArranging for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor and resubmitting all rejected claims promptlyAssisting with body shop warranty claims and following up on outstanding claimsReconciling all warranty receivables and working with the accounting department to obtain paymentsKeeping track of all warranty parts by noting the repair order number, date of replacement and date on which part may be disposedEnsuring all warranty documentation and technicians write ups, meet the manufacturer's standardsInform all relevant staff of forthcoming recall campaigns and changes in warranty/goodwill procedureMaintain knowledge on all warranty procedures and documentationSupport other staff members on all warranty related matters

Qualifications / Experience: The successful candidate must at least 1 years' experience within Warranty in the Motor Trade to be considered for the position
