Job Duties: The post holder will be responsible for providing financial and administrative services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative tasks for Corrymeela and for funded projects. Perform day to day processing of financial transactions to ensure that project finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner. Assist with the maintenance of the purchase ledger by inputting invoices onto Sage 50 accounts. Provide assistance with the input of income onto the fundraising database.

Qualifications / Experience: A minimum of 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) at Grade C or above including Maths and English Language. At least one years' experience of financial administration.Ability to provide timely information to assist with budget management and cash flow forecasting.Demonstrable experience of a logical and methodical approach with attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build, develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external parties. Ability to prioritise work with high level organisational skills to work accurately whilst paying attention to detail whilst working to tight deadlines. Demonstrable experience in using an accounting package and Microsoft office packages, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint or equivalent.Demonstrable ability to work, both independently and as part of a team.
