Job Duties: Interacting both with customers and team members (both in-person and by telephone), and processing customer orders.Despatch and sales invoicing.Cash allocations.End of month procedures (such as statement production, etc.).General office duties.
Qualifications / Experience: Either a minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English Language at grade C or above.ORIn absence of GCSEs, 3 years recent experience in a similar role.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to build strong working relationships with customers and team members.Meticulous attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.Highly numerate.Competent in the use of MS office packages.
