Job Duties: Using our weighbridge softwareWeighing in and out of vehiclesMaking payments to customersLogging customer details and purchase details onto computerCommunicating to yard staff via radioUpdating the stock control systemMaintaining full records of daily activities and completing required paperworkAnswering telephone and taking clear and concise notes
Qualifications / Experience: Strong interpersonal skills and Communication SkillsExperience in a customer facing roleCompetent in the handling of cashStrong I.C.T Skills with Microsoft Office including word, excel and outlookConfidence with numbersThe ability to take instruction and happy to ask questionsAbility to work as part of a teamA patient, committed and consistent characterStrong telephone skills, with a polite personality and ability to take clear, concise notesAbility to deal with challenging situations
