Job Duties: Providing professional customer service to new and existing clients via telephone, email and face to face when required. Scheduling Letters of Authority to providers and managing return of policy documentation. Using back office system to create, record and update client records and ensuring these are kept up to date. Preparing client valuations, application forms and meeting documentation for annual reviews.Communicating and liaising effectively with external product providers as and when required, to obtain policy specific information. Continue to develop your knowledge and understanding of any change in legislation and processes, internally and externally, which may impact your role.Other administrative duties required to fulfil your role successfully.
Qualifications / Experience: 2-3 years experience within a Financial Services Role (working for an Independent Financial Advisers).Previous experience of using Intelligent Office desirable but not essential. Experience of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.Good organisational skills.Computer literate. Good communication skills/polite telephone manner.
