Job Duties: To work in a team to administer all IVA Watch client accounts, processing payments from Insolvency Practitioners (IPs) and investigating unmatched payments to ensure that dividends received are allocated to the correct accounts. Key Responsibilities include but are not restricted toAdminister all IVA Watch client accounts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Process payments received from IPs in trust for our creditor clients, reconciling payments and remitting liquidated funds to clients accurately and in accordance with Service Level Agreements.Liaise with IPs to ensure the correct information has been provided in order to aid allocation and facilitate dividend payments due to IVA Watch Clients.Liaise with Clients on issues pertaining to debts, accounts and allocation issues.Investigate IP refund Requests and determine whether a refund is due.Adhere to regulatory and legal requirements eg Data Protection

Qualifications / Experience: GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics.Insolvency and/or Treasury Experience is desirable.Excellent analytical skills; attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to demonstrate intermediate MS Excel SkillsAbility to demonstrate Excel skills; and work to tight deadlines.
