Job Duties: To provide essential administration support to the Finance Department.General office:Answering / Transferring calls to relevant department; Greeting shareholders / contractors;Signing in and out of keys; Post, open & distribute to correct department;Accounts:Chasing arrears / final reminders / phone calls requesting payment / small claims submissions;Client account queries;Tracking service charge payments;Enveloping all mail; Post (franking / Post Office);Banking; Reconciling payments;Data input; Invoicing;Payment approvals & requests for all contractor invoices and filling accordingly;This description outlines some of the duties and responsibilities that are associated within the role but it is by no means an exhaustive list and may be amended as the company directs.

Qualifications / Experience: Clerical & Accounts administration experience is essential.The ideal candidate will be a competent professional with the ability to work diligently in a fast-paced environment.
