Job Duties: Working as part of the Logistics Administration team, the successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining the Warehouse Management Systems, Stock Management Systems, working on various internal projects, as well as acting as a point of contact for internal auditors, other departments and external support companies.The role will have a strong focus on continuous improvement of our processes and systems within Logistics with the aim of ensuring optimum customer service within our growing company.

Qualifications / Experience: Our ideal candidate will be able to clearly demonstrate the following essential experience, skills and attributes:At least two years experience of working within a logistics environmentWorking knowledge of Management Information Systems and Warehouse Management SystemsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPrevious experience within a payroll positionProficient in the use of payroll software, preferably ClockwiseCompetent in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook and ExcelExperience in creating complex spreadsheets in Excel
