Job Duties: Manage our existing subscription software databaseProcess all client applications & enquiriesLiaise closely with the business managerProvide excellent written, verbal, and online communication
Qualifications / Experience: Skills Required:Proficient in the use of MS Office (In particular Word & Excel)Proficient in the use of cloud based financial software systemsExcellent planning and organisation skills with a flexible approach to workHigh level of accuracy in work, both numerical and writtenDesired Criteria:Previous experience working in an office environmentQualifications, minimum 5 GCSEs (Including Maths & English)Experience using the PayPal recurring payment platformPrevious experience working in a subscription-based businessPrevious experience in accounts receivable, accounts payableCompetent in the use of social media platformsExperience in Customer Services Role
