Job Duties: The employer is: CRUSADERS FOOTBALL CLUB.Liaise with, and provide information to, groups & individuals wishing to use the facilities.Accepting bookings.Maintain the Centre booking system.Liaise with groups & individuals who have booked.Ensure that groups & individuals who have booked comply with the arrangements that were agreed.Ensure that, before a group arrives, the rooms & other facilities are clean & tidy, prepared & laid out in accordance with the agreement with the group or individual who has booked.Report any damage.Identify/ report health & safety hazards.Ensure the security of the premises & keys at all times.Liaise with Crusaders FC in relation to catering.Record payment of booking fees in accordance with finance procedures.Provide groups/individuals with BACS details to make lodgements.Lodge cheques/cashSpend petty cash within agreed limits..Ensure all expenditure is receipted.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Previous experience of working in an office environment would be desirable.GCSE Maths & English (Grade C or above).Computer literate and confident using Microsoft packages.Bookkeeping experience desirable or basic financial management.Previous experience of handling booking systems. Experience of admin & filing systems.Customer service interaction.
