Job Duties: The role is a varied administration position, in which requires excellent customer service skills, building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, whilst also carrying out a wide range of administrative and systems-based tasks in support of a busy team.They encompass these essential daily tasks; managing the telephone, post and generic email, adviser diaries, submitting business, writing client reports, dealing with product providers, entering and maintaining the accuracy of client data in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system; and assisting the Advisers preparing for and documenting client appointments and financial advice services.
Qualifications / Experience: Customer service experience, polite and articulateMust be IT literate and confident learning new systemsFinancial services experience preferred though not necessaryMust be comfortable working as part of a teamIdeal candidate will be able to work on own initiative
