Job Duties: The employer is: THE MORTGAGE SHOP.Inputting client information accurately into various systems in order to complete their mortgage application & ensuring all supporting documentation has been provided.Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents, solicitors, providers & anyone else involved in the mortgage & protection application process.Progressing mortgage & protection applications through to completion in an efficient, timely & compliant manner.Complying with FCA regulations, checking cases meet all internal & external regulations.Adhering to Mortgage shop standards & policies e.g. Data Protection (GDPR), Financial Crime, Treating Customers Fairly, Complaints Procedure.Handle incoming calls, emails/post in a professional & organised manner.Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook competently on a daily basis.Answering phones & dealing with clients face to face at reception desk.Filing.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Outstanding communication skills both written and oral.It Literate.5 GCSE passes (or equivalent) including Maths and English.High level of organisational skills with a natural ability to thrive in a face - paced environments.Able to follow predefined processes accurately and work in a regulated industry.Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.Excellent attention to detail.A team player with ability to use own initiative.Mortgage Administration experience would be advantageous, but not essential.
