Job Duties: Perform reconciliation of payments and customer accountsAdvise discrepancies to management team, identify slow paying customersStrengthen and grow relationships with clients by communicating with customers regarding past due accounts. Qualifications / Experience: 2-3 year experience working in a busy accounts departmentAn Accounting Technician qualification would be preferred, however an excellent understanding of the basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping would suffice as training will be givenSuperb time management and detailProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and email managementAbility to prioritise and multi-taskProficient in the use of accounting systems
