Job Duties: The Job:Processing bets and assisting with customer queries.Working as part of a team to assist the day to day running of the shop.Building relationships with customers and making them feel at home by delivering excellent customer service.Maintaining high shop standards.Fully flexible shift patterns ranging from 8 to 40 hours per week contracts. Our shop hours are Monday-Saturday, 10am-8pm and contracted hours will be allocated on a weekly rota.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent).Previous cash handling experience or experience providing excellent customer care.Be able to meet the travel requirements to work in the following locations: Belfast, Lurgan and Bangor.Desirable:Demonstrable IT skills.5 GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent).Toals Bookmakers reserves the right to enhance the criteria in order to facilitate shortlisting.
