Job Duties: To establish a new NIDTIU within BSO FPS and implement the processes and procedures required to provide advice and guidance to all relevant stakeholders, including all Health and Social Care Trusts, community pharmacists and Department of Health. To provide leadership to the NIDTIU to ensure delivery of an effective, efficient and economic service

Qualifications / Experience: A university degree OR Professional qualification with three years' experience at a senior management level in a large complex organisation to include: Management of complex dataManaging and prioritising competing multiple projects within a constrained level of resources.ORHave at least five years' experience at a senior management level in a large complex organisation** which demonstrates evidence of at least three years' experience leading the planning and execution of change management and/or delivery of continuous improvement in services while maintaining appropriate standards to include: Management and analysis of complex dataManaging and prioritising competing multiple projects within a constrained level of resources.
