Job Duties: Suppliers:Complete credit applications of new suppliers agreement in accordance with company policy.Set up New Suppliers on Sage 200/WAP, to allow purchases orders to be raised.Monitor accounts email daily, reassigning and renaming documents to electronic server prior to processing.Process supplier invoices/ credit notes & payments using Sage 200/WAP.Accounts:Assist with collection and recording of receipts for monthly credit cards, as and when required.Ensuring reconciliation of receipts in accordance with company policy.Hire:Assisting Project Managers in arranging hire for their projects.Assist in sending purchase orders out to suppliers to cover hire. Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:At least 2 years experience working in a similar role in a busy Finance environment.GCSE or equivalent at Grade C or above in Maths and English.Experience of working with Accounts Packages and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Excellent organisational and communication skills.Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity.Ability to work accurately under pressure.Able to work independently in a team environmentDesirable Criteria:Knowledge of the engineering industryExperience in dealing with sub-contractorsKnowledge of SAGE 200
