Job Duties: The Employer is: TCMC CROWDED SPACE LTD. T/A CROWDED SPACE DRONES.Maintaining basic financial records for all areas of the business including drones, video / film production , Traffic Management & training.Maintain log of all jobs done and ensure invoices are issued promptly.Monitoring payments and bring to attention of Finance Manager any delinquent accounts.Help maintain staff work records on the PARIM scheduling system.Abstract PARIM records and update individual timesheets each month to assist in running payroll.Maintain records on Xero of leave and absence.Monitor all payments from PayPal and Stripe .Dispatch goods as ordered.Schedule examinations, monitor outcome of all training courses & examinations. Use IT system to produce Pilot Licences / Certificates as required and post these to students . You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: No formal Business experience is required.Candidates must have basic numeracy and literacy and have a basic level of confidence and ability in IT including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Staff will also be expected to attend online Level 1 (Foundation level 2 ) course in Basic Bookkeeping accredited by the Association of Accounting Technicians. Depending upon their personal development in the first 3 months suitable candidate may progress to the Level 2 AAT Course based on a further 3 months part time study. This builds on level 1 and include more detailed studies in areas like payments, controls and budgeting.Given the nature of the role the post holder will have access to a range of personal data on customers and other staff. Ability to understand and maintain confidentiality is essential.
