Job Duties: Dealing with client funds.Bank reconciliations.Communicating professionally via telephone, email and letter with debtors and creditors.Debtor and Creditor reconciliations.Processing weekly/monthly payroll returns for a portfolio of clients. Corresponding with clients regarding payroll returns and liabilities.Correspondence with HMRC on payroll matters.Dealing with the pension regulator regarding clients Auto enrolment duties.All other office duties as and when required by management.

Qualifications / Experience: A qualification in business, finance or related study area or at least 1 year experience working in a related role.Excellent numeracy and accuracy skills are imperative.Must possess excellent computer literacy skills and be confident with Microsoft Office applications - specifically excel.Must demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to work to deadlines and under pressure.Experience working in an accountancy practice environment dealing with Payroll would be an advantage.Full training will be provided.
