Salary: 16-17 £4.62, 18-20 £6.56, 21-22 £8.36, 23+ £8.91 per hour.
Hours: 25
Worktime: Bewteen 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Job Duties: The employer is: NJM ACCOUNTANCY LTD.Completing administrative, advisory & payroll duties to a high standard. Ensuring that all pension administration is carried out accurately & on time. To ensure that Clients' records are accurate & up to date & that all requirements & procedures are followed. Liaise with HMRC as required. Reconcile Clients' payrolls ensuring all instructions are actioned in an accurate & timely manner. Ensuring that all FPS and EPS returns are made to HMRC in an accurate & timely manner. Deliver a high level of customer service demonstrating strong interpersonal skills & the ability to communicate with a wide range of individuals. Sort & distribute incoming correspondence and telephone enquiries. Draft routine & ad hoc correspondence & documents using Microsoft packages, ad hoc reports, spreadsheets & database information as required. To perform any other duties requested by Management.You will be entitled to annual leave during this Job Opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential CriteriaExperience in Payroll, Pensions Administration and Processing.Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office) and a proven ability to use and adapt quickly to new technology.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships across a range of sectors to deliver excellent customer service. Motivated and flexible attitude with the ability work under pressure and use your own initiative.Have the ability to manage a busy and varied workload and meet deadlines with a willingness to work variable hours when necessary, to meet the requirements of the post.An exceptional attention to detail, problem solving ability, analytical and numeracy skills.The ability to deal with confidential information.Preferred Criteria Payroll Qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
