Job Duties: To lead on the development, implementation and maintenance of systems and procedures to ensure effective and efficient utilisation of HRPTS and identifying areas for improvement.To lead on HRPTS system development initiatives for the Pay and Conditions service.

Qualifications / Experience: Degree or recognised professional qualification or equivalent/ higher qualification in a Human Resources related field AND 2 years' experience in a Human Resources role at a minimum of Band 4 or above (or equivalent)ORHNC/ HND or equivalent/ higher qualification in a Human Resources related field AND 3 years' experience in a Human Resources role, 2 years' of which must be at a minimum of Band 4 or above (or equivalent)OR5 year's experience in Human Resources role, 2 years of which must be at a minimum of Band 4 or above (or equivalent)Experience of providing advice in relation to terms and conditions of service.
