Job Duties: Inbound queries by telephone and email from existing customersTo resolve problems to customers satisfaction within agreed timelines, effectively and efficiently.Logging of site visits, including organising part orders and deliveryProducing quotesMaintain high accuracy in all aspects of order processing including credit card transactionsRetention of commercial contract customersTo achieve KPI Targets as set by the Service Manager. Develop new business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline for future sales.Recording and tracking salesTo develop and maintain a full knowledge of Kingspan's products and services.Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships e.g. field engineersPromote the highest possible standards of health, safety, environmental, quality and product compliance, ensuring that compliance is an integral part of the business and our requirements and procedures.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential CriteriaFive GCSE passes (or equivalent) including English and MathsMinimum 2 years' experience in customer service dealing with calls and queries within a formal customer service environment Minimum of 2 years sales experience Track record of meeting current KPIsExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenProven track record at delivering results in a timely and professional mannerEffective & active listeningAbility to manage information and process in accurate and timely fashionExcellent organisational and planning skillsA positive, confident and determined approachStrong customer focus and high attention to detailAbility to work on own initiative and as part of a teamAbility to work under pressureExcellent IT SkillsDesirable CriteriaThird level qualification in Customer Care / SalesExperience in an account management roleMinimum of 1 years' experience in the service department
