Job Duties: Input of supplier invoices to the purchase ledger, ensuring appropriate approvals are in place.Supplier statement reconciliations.Accurate input of supplier account details onto the system.Liaising with suppliers on a daily basis.Dealing with and resolving invoice and payment queries in a timely manner.Liaising with internal colleagues across a variety of departments.Updating and maintaining various spreadsheets.Any other duties as required by management to include department cover during absence periods.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:Minimum GCSE Maths and English (Grade C and above) or equivalent.Minimum of 1 year accounts experience to include reconciliation/purchase ledger experience.Close attention to detail.Computer Literate to include experience in Microsoft Excel.Good customer service and communication skills.Flexible approach to working, and willingness to get involved in wider team.Desirable Criteria:Experience working within an accounts department for a large Retail employer.
