Job Duties: Contact customers by telephone to advise on current offers, generate business and compile orders.Produce all paperwork in respect of orders.Reception duties with administration tasks.Assist in on-site retail outlet as required.

Qualifications / Experience: Excellent telephone manner.Good communication, numeracy and accuracy skills.Be able to work at pace with a positive approach.Experience of Sage Accounts desirable, although not necessary.IT literate with experience of Microsoft packages beneficial.Experience of working in a sales environment beneficial.
