Job Duties: Manage a portfolio of debtor accountsPerform credit checks for new customers Open new credits accountsMaintain up-to-date records of communications with customersResolve any finance issues for customersProvide accurate and timely reports.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential criteria:Excellent communicator at all levels, both internally and externallyAbility to work under pressure and to strict deadlinesMinimum of 1 year sales ledger experienceIntermediate level in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and WordStrong analytical abilityGCSE's in Maths and English (Grade C or above)Desirable criteria:Minimum of 2 year's credit control experienceICM (Institute of Credit Management) accreditationFoodservice experienceAdvanced level in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
