Job Duties: Ensure tenancy agreements are signed by any new tenants entering The Brook in line with the admissions procedure.First point of contact for potential tenants and their families, giving information and answering questions. Meet again on commencement of tenancies (and after as necessary) to discuss tenancies and finances, complete tenancy agreements, application for Housing Benefits, SSA benefits and other statutory bodies as required.Complete applications for Attendance Allowance, DLA research and document tenant's care needs, their illnesses and medication requirements. Liaise with SSA staff by telephone, discussing tenant's individual needs.

Qualifications / Experience: 3 years' relevant finance experienceORHNC/D in Business Studies or Accounting Technicians (ATI Certificate for) or equivalent (QCF Level 4) with 1 year's relevant finance experience.
