Job Duties: The employer is: STEPHENS CATERING EQUIPMENT.Receiving & responding to inbound calls from customers to address queries on their accounts and logging calls when required.Accurately pricing & keying on service invoices to the correct accounts in line with invoicing conditions to minimize queries. Ascertaining specific invoicing conditions, such as correct PO's, order numbers, emailing / posting to relevant people.Promptly processing engineers' daily electronic service calls, which includes invoicing, processing installation service calls, warranty service calls and non-chargeable service calls. Liaising with contractors on specific programmes ensuring KPI's are achieved. Receiving and responding to customer queries in a timely manner.Making amendments and message additions to customer accounts.Compiling, logging and scheduling of service contract visits and sending out renewal proposals.You will be entitled to annual leave during this Job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: Possess 5 GCSE's, including English and Maths (Grades A-C) or equivalent. Administration knowledge / experience.Good administrative presentation skills displaying accuracy and attention to detail.Good written and verbal communication skills.A computing qualification and the ability to demonstrate excellent Microsoft Office skills.Ability to work to deadlines and targets, and to effectively prioritise own workload.Flexible in their approach to work.
