Job Duties: Your new role: To be responsible for the processing of weekly and monthly wages ensuring that employees are paid accurately and at the appropriate date. Completing accounts and administrative duties as required by manager to support departmental or company objectives, for example, supporting purchase ledger, credit card statements analysis, bank reconciliations, etc. This is great opportunity to develop your experience within a well established Accounts Team.

Qualifications / Experience: Required criteria:Minimum 5 GCSE's including English & Maths A - C.Strong IT skills, using payroll software, and proficient in the use of MS Office.Excellent administration skills.Trustworthy.High attention to detail and accuracy.Adaptable to changing prioritiesMinimum of 3 years working experience calculating and processing weekly and/or monthly wages for more than 50 employees.Desired criteria:CIPP Qualified (or BTEC Level 3 Payroll).Accounting Technician Qualification (AAT/IATI).Proven experience of processing wages for ROI employees.Experience of using Sage Payroll and Sage Micro-pay.Experience on processing shift pattern wages and associated manufacturing bonuses.Good knowledge of statutory payments and legislation.Full and clean driving licence.5+ years working experience calculating and processing weekly/and or monthly wages for more than 50 employees.
