Job Duties: Purchase ledger and Sales ledger invoice processing.Processing payment runs.Implementing BACS Payments.Statement Reconciliation.Preparing budgets to assist in management accounts.Reconciling bank accounts.Credit Control.Processing payroll, BACS payments and relevant reports.Cash handling and preparation of lodgements.Cost control management.Admin/PA duties as required to assist with booking flights/appointments etc.

Qualifications / Experience: Recent purchase ledger, payroll or credit control experience essential.Confident communicator.Excellent admin, IT and organisational skills.
