Job Duties: We currently have 2 posts for service administrators. The Service Administrator is an exciting and varied role, and you would be providing administrative support directly to the Children's Service Manager to support the delivery of children's services.Post 1:Location: Simpson Family Resource Centre, 40 Manse Road, Bangor, BT20 3DEHours: 36.25 per weekPost 2:Location: NOVA Trauma Support Service, 10 Church Street, Banbridge, BT32 4AAHours: 15 hours per week minimum - additional hours may become available

Qualifications / Experience: Applicants must have, at the closing date for applications:Proven substantial office experience to include the use of IT packages including Word, Excel, etc in order to produce internal and external monitoring reports,Experience of budget preparation, monitoring and forecasting.Experience of managing financial systems including financial reporting and audit.Experience of maintaining professional confidentiality when working with staff, service users and other agencies.Desirable Criteria:Experience of premises/facilities management.
